These mutherf**kers come from Des Moines Iowa, otherwise known as the middle of nowhere. They formed in 1995, and released their self-produced album Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat. in 1996. That album cost them nearly $30,000 to make, and they made little to nothing back. Just the satisfaction that they made good music kept them going. Since the incarnation of Slipknot, they only kept 3 original members: Clown, Paul, and Joey.
They took the world by storm at Ozzfest '99, and their self-titled just added fuel to the fire known as SLIPKNOT
The nine members are: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. But you can refer to them as DJ Sid, Drummer Joey, Bassist Paul, Custom Percussionist Chris, Guitarist James, Sampler Craig (aka 133), Custom Percussionist Shawn (aka Clown), Guitarist Mick, and Singer Corey.
If you haven't seen these freaks in concert, you haven't f**kin lived yet. So just get the fuk off your ass, get the CD and vid, and tear your f**kin house apart!
